1. Copper content. The pureness of common copper wire is higher that 99%, while even higher if made in oxygen-free copper. Impurity is harmful to safety of large current load, the higher impurity, the higher resistivity, in other words, higher pureness is better.

2. Annealing level of copper wire itself. A deep good annealing level helps lowering down electrical resistivity.

3. Storage states of copper wire itself. Some negative environments cause oxidation, and oxide layer raises the general resistivity.

4. Temperature. Temperature will also affect resistivity, the higher the temperature, the higher resistivity.
